Can I use this on cats?
Yes. Odorex Deodorising Pet Shampoo has a pH of 6.5, which is ideal for dogs but also safe for cats. Cats have a pH slightly closer to humans, which means they can safely use a dog shampoo at this pH level. It's also safe for use on other companion animals.
How is it different from a regular pet shampoo?
Most pet shampoos mask odours with fragrance. Odorex includes active odour neutralisers that eliminate the odour molecule itself, not just cover it up. The result is a coat that smells genuinely clean, not just perfumed.
What do you recommend between washes?
Use Odorex Dog Deodoriser between washes to freshen up your pet's coat without bathing. For odours caused by urine, faeces or vomit on surfaces, use Animal Odour Eliminator.
How to use
1. Wet your pet's coat thoroughly with warm water.
2. Open lid and remove seal if present, screw lid back on and press the top of the cap to open.
3. Pour a generous amount into your hands and work thoroughly into the coat until a good lather is achieved.
4. For embedded odours, a second application may be needed.
5. Rinse clean with warm water.
6. Keep your pet in a warm environment until fully dry.
