Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Free delivery is available for orders over $100 within New Zealand Urban.
International Shipping
We have set an international shipment estimate of $50. Once your order is placed we will provide you with actual cost and send you an updated invoice.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Odorex is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Packaging
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has packed and ready for the courier, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@odorex.co.nz or by using the live chat app on our website.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Our apologies, we can't deliver to PO Boxes. We must have a physical address within New Zealand.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
