Order Processing
Orders placed before 1pm NZT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. You'll receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been processed.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Orders are sent from our Auckland warehouse by tracked courier. Most deliveries arrive within 1–3 working days of dispatch, depending on your location. Rural deliveries can take an extra day.

Free delivery on orders over $100 to urban addresses within New Zealand.
International Shipping
International orders show $0 shipping at checkout. Once your order is placed, we'll calculate the actual shipping cost and send you an invoice for it before dispatch.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once it reaches your destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.
Packaging
We take care when packing orders to make sure your goods arrive intact, while keeping our environmental impact to a minimum.
How do I check the status of my order?
Your tracking link becomes active once the courier collects your order. For orders placed after 1pm, that's usually the next business day, so the link may not show updates straight away.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Our apologies, we can't deliver to PO Boxes. We need a physical address within New Zealand.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
