All stock was moved to the home of our Marketing and Sales Director before lockdown and will now be distributed from there under strict hygiene standards.
As far as we understand, as we are operating from home we can continue to supply our essential business customers e.g. pet stores, vets, kennels and catteries.
It is not yet clear if we can continue to fulfil the general public’s orders due to conflicting information available e.g. some sites say only delivery of essential items is allowed. Although our pet litter, cleaners and deodorisers are deemed essential to our customers we are still waiting on clearer advice from MBIE so until we hear otherwise we will continue to fulfil your essential orders.
